Marisol Vazquez is a Registered Dietitian, Nutritionist and owner of Back To Basics Nutrition Counseling. She earned her bachelor’s degree in food and nutrition with a minor in business management and completed her dietetic internship through the College of Saint Elizabeth. Prior to becoming a private nutritionist in Montclair, her dietetic career began in the regulatory department for both Kraft Foods and Unilever. Marisol began following her passion doing nutrition counseling and opened her private practice as a Montclair nutritionist in June of 2010. In November of that same year Marisol completed the certificate of training in adult weight management through the commission on dietetic registration.
